200m Warm up
200m Kick
300m Pull
2 x 100m  20 Sec.
200m Non stop, used bouy for 50m
4 x 75m  10 Sec.
100m Race Pace
4 x 50m 10 Sec.
5 minutes cool down - did a slow freestyle trying to focus on head face down and breathing backwards

1700 meters

I modified this workout from sundays to make it a 1 hour work out.
