200m warm up
200m kick
300m Pull
4 x 100 20 sec breaks
300 non stop, used pull for first 150m
4 x 75 10 sec breaks
200m race pace
4 x 50 10 sec breaks
5 minute cool down; i chose to do a very slow freestyle trying to focus on keeping my head down and breathing by looking backwards
This was officially my first real swim workout. Love the structure and the drills. It made it easier than just trying to swim laps! Awesome workout, im stoked!
